Fire Safety in HMOs

If you let a House in Multiple Occupation, you have additional obligations including interlinked fire alarm systems, which require regular fire alarm inspections, emergency lighting in communal areas that must undergo emergency lighting testing, fire doors, and fire safety risk assessments.
