We're an independent electrical and fire safety consultancy based in Slough, serving property professionals across West London and the surrounding areas. We're not a large contractor trying to be everything to everyone — we specialise in compliance services for property managers, and we've built everything around making that work as smoothly as possible.
EFSC was founded in 2018 after founder, Jas Saimbi, spent 20 years working within the electrical industry and saw first-hand how difficult it was for letting agents and landlords to find a reliable electrical contractor who understood the compliance side of property management.
Too many agents were working with contractors who turned up late, issued reports weeks after the inspection, and left remedial issues unresolved. We set out to do it differently — faster turnaround, better communication, and a genuine understanding of what property professionals actually need.
Today, we work with letting agents managing hundreds of properties across London, individual landlords with single properties, and commercial property managers responsible for office buildings, retail units and residential blocks.
